如果你有机会逛欧美的书店、音像店，或者饭店等， 经常会有 “店员推荐” 或者 “厨师推荐” 之类的产品，staff picks 就是 店员推荐的产品.这个在欧美很流行（欧美有很深厚的录像店文化，到现在美国佬还有租录像带看的习惯，包括年轻人；欧美音像店、书店、乐器店的店员可绝对不是马路上贴小广告招去的！！水平都不是盖的。不才我在国外混迹求学过两年，到现在淘碟也是认店员亦或小老板的，觉得这种良好文化在国内也在逐渐形成。）
